This 1950 Instructional Film on “Dining Together” Might Just Save Your Thanksgiving

I don’t know who made these films, but there are many of them online.  Called “instructional” or “educational” films, you can find didactic gems like this one called Dining Together with just a few quick searches.  They are age-old as they are awkward.  When people recount the good-old-days I often think they have just these kinds of films in mind.
